High winds and a total of about 4-1/2" of snow.
And today?
It is bright, sunny and a forecast high of 55 F. Tomorrow is supposed to be even warmer.
A few days also makes a difference in stitching. The snow and cold of Wednesday seems to have chased the frogs away and I as able to finish Just Nan's Christmas Elegance.
Elegant Doily is on the frame for this weekend. Lots and lots of Algerian eyelets are in my future.
Congrats on the finish, it's so pretty!
ReplyDeleteChristmas Elegance is very nice and you did a great job.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your very pretty finish.
ReplyDeleteVery nice finish!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful day here too. I went out for a walk for the first time since last Fall. The pear trees are starting to swell already.
Spring's almost here!
That's exactly what was happening here during the last week - from 6" to snowless meadows today, I even found the first primrose in our garden yesterday.
ReplyDeleteGreat finish!
The weather really does effect our lives and what we can do each day.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations of your finish and have a wonderful week

Congrats on the Happy Dance. I have just bought the chart as part of a bundle of four. Looking forward to getting my hands on it.
ReplyDeleteLove the contrasting photos. I walked the length of our road yesterday (just under a mile) and the weather was completely different by the time I got to the end of it! Grey overcast skies to bright blue sunshine.
